First Time Motorcycle Racing Series Will Be Made Available For The PSP System
Leading video games publisher and developer NAMCO BANDAI Games America
Inc. announced today that the latest installment in the most realistic
and action-packed motorcycle racing series, MotoGP, has gone gold and
is scheduled to ship on September 26, 2006 for the PSP
(PlayStationPortable) system.
The game boasts thrilling new
features including the new 2005 roster, unlockable rewards, and a
wireless multiplayer mode that allows up to eight players to race
against each other for the ultimate racing experience on two wheels.
"Featuring
licensed motorcycles, official tracks and riders make MotoGP the
ultimate motorcycle racing game for the PSP," said Yoshi Niki, Product
Group Director at NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. "With a selection of
new modes, a roster of famous riders and a variety of unlockable
rewards, MotoGP allows fans of the series to immerse themselves into
the most authentic Grand Prix racing experience yet."
MotoGP
includes famous riders such as Valentino Rossi, Marco Melandri, Nicky
Hayden, Troy Bayliss, Carlos Checa, Alex Barros and Shinya Nakano. In
addition, players will face new challenges in this portable installment
in order to unlock cool rewards such as one-on-one mode, hidden riders,
MotoGP movies, and more!
